From date of purchase or lease, your Arioso clarinet carries a 5-year warranty for parts and a 1-year warranty for labor. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser through an authorized Arioso dealer only and may not be transferred. This is the only warranty from Arioso Musical Instruments expressed or implied and shall be limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the defective instrument and the discretion of the manufacturer. Any claim under this warranty must be made through the dealer from whom the instrument was purchased. Deterioration through normal wear and tear, prolonged exposure to harsh causes are excluded from this warranty. Misuse, accident, negligence, failure to have reasonable and proper maintenance performed on the instrument, and unauthorized repair or alteration voids this warranty. Springs, pads, felts, and corks are also excluded from this warranty.
